Last night, I had a bad nightmare in which Iris was kidnapped by some rapists. I was contemplating what to do and woke up feeling very unsettled. Our ancient modem has been plagued with problems, irritating everyone and putting pressure on me to figure out the issue. Work, at least, was peaceful. Brian and I obtained a large amount of food from McDonalds, watched four episodes of The Sopranos, and viewed Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. Though not quite as brilliant as its predecessor, this second Holmes film is certainly a worthy installment and full of those clever little surprises hidden in the details.
