Dark Father Candy Co.

          I woke up with that inexplicable ankle pain again. Work was amusing. Word got around about the birth of my coworker's baby, delivered without trouble at a gas station. I met Mark for the first time and picked up on a Darth Vader-esque vibe; he's pleasant enough, but has a powerful presence and a gaze best described as "penetrating." I had a bizarre moment upon noticing that I'd marked two emails as "Very Important ASAP"; one concerned some committee meetings that needed prior setup/catering, and the other was a message about chocolates up for grabs in the kitchen. Also, I discovered that the buttery toffee-flavored Rice Krispy Treats are awesomely good. (I was not paid for this message. Should I stick to these disclaimers when I name-drop products?)
