Client File Dundee

I had a wonderful experience while trying to contact Thomson Reuters (a publisher of legal materials) about problems with logging into our account. I was put on hold and remained there for about thirty minutes; during this time, I was treated to gorgeous piano hold music that reminded me of waterfalls. The catch: a robotic voice interrupting in jarring fashion every 60 seconds or so, droning about how My Account is a great feature that will let me do everything I need to do without calling and bothering the company. Of course, that's why I was fucking calling, but no one ever said corporations act logically. Later on, I went hunting for discarded treasures -- college students that are moving are the real MVPs -- and found a variety of interesting items.
