The women's basketball team ignominiously went down to defeat today, losing by over twenty points at the hands of Drexel. I really do hate playing in Cabot, and the band was incredibly sparse at this game. In fact, everyone present was a freshman outside of Tim and Jenn. Post-game, Alaric, Anthony, Alanna and myself -- henceforth, the A-Team -- ate food babies at Qdoba.
Though the Patriots loss was shameful, I can't say I was overly upset. Either way the game went -- Boston or New York -- I won, so my emotional response is limited. Besides, two thousand cops were in Northeastern's immediate area, waiting for riots that never happened. The post-game atmosphere was subdued.
