Today, I had the pleasure of some correspondence with Katie via text, as she waited in an airport somewhere. There was some discussion of creative writing and regional dialects, and she introduced a great new phrase into my vocabulary: "throwing it back like the ancients." Also, having finally spoken with Tina, I've been hired as a busser/runner at the Red Onion. Tomorrow night will be my first night of training.
