| Bitsy! |
I was up at an ungodly 8:30 this morning to take care of the dog while everyone went out. I spent a good amount of time sorting random papers and recycling stuff I don't need. All of my poetry, random notes and short stories are going digital. Late in the morning, a very light rain started drizzling, so I retrieved Bitsy from the chain outside. About a minute later, the sky opened up. A tremendous rain began to fall and, aside from a few brief pauses, has continued all day and night. Perhaps lulled by this pitter-patter, Bitsy and I curled up on the couch and took a nap together. When I woke up she was snugly wedged in between me and the couch, soaking up all the warmth. It was the cutest thing I've seen all week.
