One of Us

          Alaric and I practiced with the heavy bags in the studio at Marino, then went on a speedy track run before it closed for the night. We headed home to watch Castle In the Sky with Regina, Julia, Nathan, and Sean; I was not extremely excited to go all the way through this movie again, but a few people hadn't seen it yet, so I felt obligated to join in. Julia, Alaric and I then finally succeeded in our long-standing quest to get Regina elevated, and finally put on The Avengers for an appropriate, zero-brainpower Saturday night movie. I stayed up and went for a run at dawn, somewhat later than my customary time.
